Gozo’s fourth annual Art Show – ‘A feast for the eyes’

Gozo’s fourth annual Art Show - 'A feast for the eyes'Gozo’s fourth annual Art Show, presented by Rotary Club Gozo, opens on September the 12th. It will present the widest range of art that the island can offer.

Works by some of Malta and Gozo’s foremost names will be featured alongside international talents and those from developing artists. It is a breathtaking display of paintings, photography and sculptures to suit all tastes – and pockets.

As usual, The Gozo Art Show will be held at the Citadel, Victoria. It will be spread throughout the grand old St John’s, St Michael’s and St Ursula’s Halls and will run until the 21st of September.

“A feast for the eyes” is promised by Rotary Club Gozo President, David Pace.

All proceeds will go to Rotary’s currently preferred charities: The Friends of the Sick and the Elderly in Gozo and Happy Moments in Kenya. The worldwide charity, End Polio Now, run by The Rotary Foundation, will also benefit.

Rotary Club Gozo would like to extend their thanks to their sponsors, without whom, they said, the Exhibition would not have been possible: The Ministry for Gozo, The Cittadella Centre for Culture and Arts, Caruana and Cini, Maji Wine and Dine, Spiteri Catering Equipment and JDB Digital Printing.

Rotary Club Gozo invites everyone – residents and visitors alike – to enjoy the best that the island can offer. It is open to the public from the 12th of September for 9 days, from 10.00am – 3.00pm (11.00am – 3.00pm at the weekend). Entrance is free of charge.
